Shipping Policies

Currently all orders are shipped in 4 weeks as order volume is very high during wedding season. If you need your order to be shipped faster than our 4 week time frame, please select priority shipping at checkout and we will work out faster arrangements!

If you need any of your items for an event, holiday or just by a certain date, we need to know that date at time of purchase, please make sure to fill out that information when creating your order.

Processing time is different than shipping time. Processing time is the time that it takes us to create your order (as all items are hand made in our home). Shipping time comes after processing and can vary depending on your location. It typically takes between 2-5 business days for all U.S. locations.

 

International Shipping

Sorry, we are currently not offering International shipping.

Refunds and Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges except for in certain circumstances. All returns are done on a case by case basis, and communication with Oaky Designs is necessary.

If your product is not as you have expected, we will work with you to help alleviate any issues and possibly refund or replace said products. Once you have received your order you have 3 days to contact the seller about a possible return.

For products that arrive damaged, please contact us for replacement within 72 hours of receiving the product. A refund will not necessarily be given in this situation, but a replacement of the whole product, or missing piece will be sent.

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours after purchase. Custom orders will be subject to a 20% restocking fee upon cancellation.

Please note that each item that we make is unique. Most of our products are created in a rustic theme, so there will be rough areas, knots, ect. Stain color will vary from order to order, and in different lighting, but we always strive to make orders look like the example pictures. We use only real wood.

Please note that orders that are customized with names and/or dates (ex. Welcome Signs) the names and date will be in the same format as the product pictures displayed. For example, an ampersand and capital letters will be used to incorporate all customizations into the design. Any desire for changes to this format will need to be discussed with Oaky Designs prior to purchase AND an email must be sent by the buyer at the time of order.
